Privacy policy
Updated on 20 October 2026
This policy explains personal data processing associated with the AV Watch Group institutional website, its contact form and enquiries sent to the email address published here. It does not cover third-party stores or services.
Responsibility and contact
AV Watch Group is responsible for the processing described in this policy. For privacy enquiries and requests concerning your data, email contact@avwatchgroup.com.br. Our activities focus on Brazil.
Data that may be processed
The contact form collects your name, email, subject and message; company or brand is optional. The content is forwarded to the AV Watch Group contact inbox. Direct email enquiries may also contain your role and other details you choose to share. Please do not send sensitive data or personal documents unnecessary for the enquiry. Hosting and security infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested pages and browser details to deliver and protect access.
Purposes and legal bases
Contact details are used to answer enquiries, assess partnership proposals and conduct business discussions. Depending on the circumstances, processing may rely on pre-contractual steps requested by the individual, legal obligations or legitimate interests that respect the individual’s expectations and rights. Technical records may support availability, security and abuse prevention. Where a purpose requires consent, it must be requested specifically.
Cookies and website features
The form uses a strictly necessary session cookie to validate submissions and protect against unwanted requests. Rate controls use IP-derived identifiers without recording message contents in those controls. The code in this version does not use audience analytics cookies, advertising pixels, user registration or local storage for tracking. Language selection uses links between pages without saving a preference. Hosting and security services may use their own technical features. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and any required choice mechanisms must be updated for their purposes.
Service providers and international transfers
Hosting, security and email providers may process data as needed to deliver their services; data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Depending on the contracted infrastructure, processing may occur outside Brazil; international transfers must meet Brazilian LGPD requirements. This website does not offer personal data for sale or use incoming messages for behavioural advertising.
Retention and security
Data should be retained for as long as needed for the enquiry’s purpose, applicable obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of rights. Retention periods depend on context; details of specific processing can be requested through the privacy contact. Access should be restricted to people who need the information, using appropriate technical and organisational measures. No electronic transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information and, where applicable, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and portability under applicable rules. You may also withdraw consent and object in the circumstances provided by law. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your data. Requests will be assessed within applicable legal time limits and conditions. You may also submit a petition to Brazil’s ANPD.
External links and updates
Research, event and other external links lead to websites governed by their own practices. This policy may be revised to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. Its update date will appear on this page.
